This is a regression in Nightly 20 (2012-12-20). I suspect this regression was caused by bug 797664.

STR:
1. Load https://www.patelco.org/
2. Mouse over the stock photography of beautiful people banking online

EXPECTED RESULT:
The images should have a highlight overlay when you mouse over them.

ACTUAL RESULT:
The images are replaced with a big white rectangle when you mouse over them.

This is a regression in Nightly 20 2012-12-20. Here is the pushlog from build 12-19 to 12-20:
