The mp4 file in the URL field renders incorrectly in my Firefox Nightly on Windows with the windows-media-foundation support preffed on. If I download it it plays fine in Windows Media Player on the same computer, and on the native Linux player and in QuickTime.

If I had to make an educated guess I'd say we have the stride wrong.
