Well.. That's not entirly true.. I see boxes(Checked and unchecked) and arrows
but on text at all.

the problem is the flex="1" is on the checkbox column, which hides the folder
name column. here comes the real fix.

The text for folders/accounts is visible in the "select items for
offline useage window". The various icons (folders, trash can,
inbox, etc..) are present also. And check boxes are still there to.
