DevReg001 - As a developer I can register as a new developer with the Payment Provider by entering the information required and optional information. This information is specified in Exporter Doc. DevReg002 - As a developer, if I am already registered with Payment Provider for Marketplace, I can use my existing information. DevReg003 - As a developer I can agree to the Payment providers terms and conditions so that I am able to offer my app for sale. DevReg004 - As a developer I can renew my SBI (Terms of Service) agreement with the payment provider when it expires. DevReg007 - As a develop I am able to modify or delete (non-mandatory) information I use in my registration so am able to keep my information up to date. DevReg011- Update developer bank account
