When I was trying to create a local web server page, i renamed the default index.html in /var/www to index.html.CHANGED_BY_ME - typed http://mir -> the browser displays the /var/www directory with the file index.html.CHANGED_BY_ME as a link (normal behaviour). - I clicked on the link and the index.html page displayed as plain text (expected behaviour) - Then i press the back button and the browser shows a MIXTURE of both the directory page and some formatted HTML of the file index.html.CHANGED_BY_ME This is not an apache bug. I tryed with diferent browsers and everything worked fine. Mozilla version 0.9
Please try with a recent nightly and see if this still occurs. I seem to remember this kind of thing happening back around 0.9 and being fixed shortly after. If it still occurs: please try to find a combination of pages that are publicly accessible so we can test it ourselves. Or attach your pages as HTML source attachments using "Create new attachment" in this bug page.
works on linux rpm build 2001052819
