STR:

1. Install the webrtc social provider (https://webrtc-demo.vcap.mozillalabs.com/) on a couple of Firefox instances.

2. Create a call between them, and accept the call

Expected Results:

The camera/microphone indicator appears on the toolbar and an item is listed in its sub-menu.

Actual Results:

The camera/microphone indicator appears on the toolbar. No items are listed in its sub-menu.

I think anything involving the webrtc social api provider with our perms UI won't block first release of gum. Worth analyzing in a future release, however.
