[RFE] Preferences for font style in thread pane of MailNews

This will probably move to preferences, but I thought that it should start here.
I'd like to see preferences for how messages are displayed in the Thread window
based on the status. I'm not exactly clear on how messages are supposed to be
displayed, but the way it appears to me now is that unread messages are in bold,
messages marked as read but not read on the current machine are in plain type,
and messages that were read on the current machine are in italic.
My personal preference on this would be that none of the messages be displayed
in italic because I find small italic type hard to read. It wouldn't hurt to be
able to choose the font color as well as the font style for each of these three
states.
