Details

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; rv:19.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/19.0
Build ID: 20130108132750

STR:

1. Install Yandex Elements toolbar from http://element.yandex.com/?from=rdr_bar
2. Restart Firefox.
3. Enable Yandex Elements toolbar.

Actual Results:

In the default state of the toolbar, its buttons are misplaced, appearing in the right side of the location bar.

Expected Results:

In the default state of the toolbar, its buttons should appear inside the toolbar. The default state can be seen after browsing in the menu, at Tools->Yandex Elements->Settings, inside the "Current buttons" list.

Aditionally, if I add some new buttons to the "Current buttons" list, after pressing OK button, these new buttons are added properly, inside the Yandex Elements toolbar (and not on the right side of the location bar, which is incorrect).
The screencast can be seen here: http://screencast.com/t/SklI0bKI7P
Is this a regression? Does it work on older versions of Firefox?
This works exactly the same in Firefox 4.0. As near as I can tell it is designed to add the default elements to the main toolbar and custom elements to it's own custom toolbar.
