we have a conflict and have to have two different versions of firefox running due to telemetry preferences.

I have a compatible version of talos up at:
http://people.mozilla.org/~jmaher/taloszips/zips/talos.06465e978da7.zip

We need to upload this and I can post it to firefox-beta.
