Can NITZ provide a more precise timezone like "Europe/Berlin" instead of "UTC+01:00"?

Need to check if the NITZ can provide a more precise timezone like "Europe/Berlin" instead of "UTC+01:00", so that the "Continent/City" fields on UI can know how to reflect the time set by "Set Automatically".
This is considered a nice-to-have for now. Temporally release the assignee to let others be able to take this.
