Details

Now that we have different tests in autophone, we should patch the triggerjobs command and script to allow the specification of one or more tests. We can use that to fill in the details for particular tests if they are skipped for some reason. Might make sense to specify particular devices as well.
Bug 850395 implemented jobs on specific devices, so narrowing this bug to being able to trigger jobs with specific tests (optionally on specific devices as well). Probably going to have to start providing keyword or json arguments to the "triggerjobs" command.
