My mother has used Mozilla a few times now. Today, once again visiting her favourite website which uses frames, she complained that hitting back was getting her no-where. I asked her why she wasn't using the Back button's history list. She had no-idea what that was. I asked her to click on the Back button's drop-down arrow and instead she clicked on the main back button icon, oblivious to the history arrow on it's right-hand-edge. We need to alter the tooltip for the drop-down history lists to read, "Click to view past pages" and something similar for the forward button. Also, when we hover over an item in the history list, we need a tooltip such as "Click here to visit this page." Right now it's not obvious functionality to barely computer-literate people. It needs minor improvements.
