Bug 811779 landed on central and aurora but there were massive amounts of reftest manifest conflicts on the b2g18 branch. That means that even if I do merge it there will be tests that didn't get triaged when running on cedar and there will likely be many oranges.
I need to switch the inbound, central, try and aurora trees to run the same manifest as cedar but leave b2g18 the way it is :/
