In GCF TC 27.22.4.3.1.9, the test is ran as follows:

- Start GCF test which prompts the user for empty string
- User presses Enter button without entering any digits

GCF failure since test was expecting response to contain text of {0x8D} or {0x8D, 0x01, 0x04} which represent the empty string.
