829822 - "Add to Home Screen" dialog covers up the Website Name & Address fields with the keyboard, if you try to edit them & go into landscape mode

STR:
 1. Visit any page in browser
 2. Click star icon
 3. Select "Add to home screen"
    --> Now in the dialog that appears, let's say you want to edit the address.
 4. Tap the address field.
 5. Rotate the phone into landscape orientation (so you can see more of the address)

ACTUAL RESULTS: Keyboard covers up the Address field, so you can't see what you're typing.

This happens with the Website Name, too, if you have word-suggestion enabled (which it is by default) -- the word suggestion bar covers up the Website Name text-entry box.

(note that the header "x | Add to Home Screen" is broken, too -- that's tracked in bug 829800)

Forgot to mention -- the obvious thing to do is to scroll the window, but the window doesn't seem to be scrollable.

Besides, this issue should belong to "General" as Bug 819598.
