Details

Some third party ran some scripts against our builder page and now we have a bunch of force rebuilds that may just well bust up our b1->b2 diffs. Assigning to Callek.
I guess we can probably copy back the files from the release dirs to the b1 candidates one.
between ewong and me, this is now done, mostly by ewong so assigning to him.
