It tries to show <http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/legal/privacy/firefox.html#health-report> which doesn't have anything specific to FHR as far as I can tell.
Not sure where we are on populating that page. Mike?

The link is only a placeholder for now. Content will be provided later. Onus is on mconnor to get the content in place.

Blocked on the new privacy policy coming for Mozilla, which is slated for early February. Taking to make sure we update the link once that happens.

In Firefox Aurora 21.0a2 2013-03-25, clicking Learn More from about:healthreport takes me to https://services.mozilla.com/healthreport/glossary.html though there doesn't seem to be much on this page in terms of a privacy policy. Is this bug specifically about documentation and discovery of the FHR privacy policy?
This bug was specifically about the link in the prefpane, as the entire FHR page is about to change (probably in tomorrow's nightly). I would defer any about:healthreport testing until that is live.

Point of information. FHR as currently seen on Firefox Desktop: The Learn More link is https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/firefox-health-report-understand-your-browser-perf That is a suitable article that has been live since April.
I'd say this is addressed now.
