Details

Often we want richlistboxes to display some text indicating they're empty, similar to the emptytext feature of textboxes. We could (imo, easily) implement emptytext for richlistboxes. Keep in mind though that we'd also need to take care of hidden items. Once this is implemented, we can fix Bug 824265 properly.
