Mouse Wheel Scrolling Doesn't work in listboxes

Details
On sites such as crucial.com, when trying to use the scroll wheel on the listbox
(the one to select manufacturer), it doesn't actually scroll and just closes the
box. Using Logitech Mouseman wheel with 9.0 drivers. I have seen this happen
on other pages as well.

It works for me as long as the cursor is inside the dropdown (when it's
outside, the dropdown closes). --> bryner

Just to make sure I didn't miss anything, I checked it on my build 2001052520
and it doesn't work either way.

I believe this is a duplicate of http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?

The drop-down listboxes with a scrollbar, like the ones in the fields for OS and
component on this bug page.
