Tested in unagi with Gecko-1e1821a Gaia-9d4983b.

STR:
1-Insert a non configured prepaid VIVO SIM card
2-Pull down notification tray
3-Wait until balance is updated
4-Pull up notification tray
5-Pull down notification tray again

Expected result --> Balance should not be updated as it has been updated lees than 2 minutes ago

Actual result --> Balance is updated everytime you pull down notification tray

Since we loose the automatic updates after refactoring, we are removing this min time from update to update. Do you agree, Marco?

Yes, agreed. In fact as Salva implemented improves the accuracy of the Balance report in the case a user makes a phone call or sends SMS messages and checks Balance right after.. before 2 minutes have passed.
