User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.2; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.17 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/24.0.1312.52 Safari/537.17 Steps to reproduce: According to the wiki on windows 8 AMD drivers equal to or newer than 9.10.8.0 (catalyst 12.11) should not be blocklisted. I am running windows 8 64-bit and an AMD radeon 6950 with the latest catalyst 12.11 beta (driver version 9.14.10.0942) and firefox with a clean profile reports this as blocklisted and is using only basic dx9 hardware accel. About:support graphics info attached.

I noticed for some reason about:support reports my driver version as 9.10.8.0 (although that shouldn't be block listed either). Here's a catalyst screenshot confirming I'm actually running 9.14.10.0942:

(In reply to Brandon Watkins from comment #1) > I noticed for some reason about:support reports my driver version as > 9.10.8.0 (although that shouldn't be block listed either). Version 9.10.8.0 is blocklisted (https://wiki.mozilla.org/Blocklisting/Blocked_Graphics_Drivers#AMD.2FATI_cards) so it's an expected behavior. This version is consistent with Driver Packaging Version 9.01.8 (transformed in 9.10.8 - see http://developer.amd.com/resources/hardware-drivers/ccc-driver-details/)
