STR
 (1) Open SMS app, focus search bar
 (2) Enter non-normalized number, like 5555555
 (3) Focus message field, enter text like "hi"
 (4) Send SMS

I'm taken to a conversation view for "5555555".  The message I sent doesn't show up, which makes me think it was lost.

If I go back to the thread view, there's a conversation for "+15555555" and my message shows up there.

I expect the conversation view for "+15555555" to load after sending the text in step 4.
