dp wanted to know why we are not eating dogfood yet and encouraged us to spend
an hour using 5.0 to see what is blocking us.
OK, go to http://people.netscape.com/morse/chaim/old1.htm. It's full of
photgraphs and takes a long time to load. While it is loading I would like to
scroll down and see what I have so far. In 5.0 I can't do that whereas in 4.5 I
can.

Wow, this sounds like a lack of threading problem to me. How would you propose we
attack it?

Using the 1/28/2000 build of Mozilla this seems to be fixed. I am able to scroll
while the pictures are loading in the testcase. Michael Lowe's reimplementation
of the timers on WIN32 which gives higher priority to UI events over timers
probably fixed this.
Marking FIXED.

With the Feb 21 build, I'm able to scroll through the document while it's still
loading images. Looks fine to me.
