Here are my suggestions for this screen. Note on this mockup this text goes on page 3.

I'd like to title this section Uploading Guidelines and not rules. The rules really need to be on the rules page, this is just the short uploading guidelines. Most of this text is copied directly from the approved rules doc.


Uploading Guidelines

1. The Entry may be no longer than 60 seconds

2. The Entry must be in a format that can be uploaded to Vimeo see (https://vimeo.com/help/compression)

3. The Entry must be your original work and may not include any unauthorized intellectual property of a third party (such as a video clip, music, or visible brand name or logo you do not have a license to use).
