Details
User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:18.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/18.0
Build ID: 20130104151925
Steps to reproduce:
I switch on Firefox in normal mode and logged in google.com. I open the cookies from Optiones -> Privacy -> "remove individual cookies". And I record the values of the cookies. Then I switch to "Private Browsing", login to google again and open the cookies from the same menu.
Actual results:
The cookies I see are the same as before. i.e. The cookies menu is showing the cookies from the normal mode, before I switch to "Private Browsing".
Expected results:
Is this a bug or a feature that you are not able to see the cookies during "Private Browsing"?

This sounds like the same issues described in bug 823941. Yes, it's a legitimate problem, but it's not a particularly high priority to be fixed either.
