The animated notification blinks twice if the download indicator is clicked right in the moment the download is complete.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Launch Firefox
2. Navigate to http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/firefox/nightly/latest-trunk/
3. Download the .exe file
4. Click on the Download Indicator right in the moment the finished download notification is displayed.

Expected results:
The finished notification blinks once (regardless if the download indicator is clicked or not)

Actual results:
The finished notification blinks twice.

Since this report is very old and it is no longer relevant in the current Firefox versions, I'm closing it.
