Steps to reproduce:
Subscribed to any RSS-Feed
Set 'Display feeds as a webpage'
Set 'Display Messages as plain text' (for mail and news)
Actual results:
The message pane was empty, header was displayed correctly - double-clicking displayed the message correctly in a different window (like it should)
Expected results:
Display the feed as a webpage

NOT reproducible with installation of unofficial (by wg9s) De SeaMonkey 2.53.4beta 1 pre Mozilla/5.0 (NT 6.1; Win64; x64; rv:60.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/60.0 Build 20200604210008 (Default Classic Theme, newly created User Profile) on German WIN7 64bit.
For me "Feed view as Webpage" works fine.
But to be honest, I don't know where to do the mentioned general 'Display Messages as plain text'. I only find such a setting related to account.
