todo:

* ssh-keygen -C "release-runner key" -f /tmp/release-runner
* scp /tmp/release-runner bm36:.ssh/
* copy .ssh/config, .ssh/known_hosts and .ssh/authorized_keys from one of the masters to /N/production/cltbld/.ssh and append release-runner's pubkey to .ssh/authorized_keys
