The "One and Done" initiative, previously known as "QA Taskboard", is a workflow where Mozilla community contributors can pick tasks and work on them - one at a time, one day at a time - and feel good about doing them. 

The Mozilla QA team is working on a Q1 goal of developing a prototype for this initiative. This Brown Bag will introduce the project to the Mozilla community as well as solicit feedback about ways to potentially improve the workflow or improve the tool for maximum efficiency.
