Details

Mockups at http://surveyor.red.iplanet.com/users/lord/publish/docs/Cartman/2.0/images/snapshots.html show a Master Password Timeout section at the bottom of the Passwords preferences panel, and a Change Master Password button under the Password Manager section of the same panel.
Changed target to 2.0, added lord to cc list. Also, the URL for the mockups should be http://people.netscape.com/lord/psm/images/snapshots.html
