832087 - switch to upstream functionality to get datazilla URLs when ready

We currently roll our own URLs for datazilla:

http://hg.mozilla.org/build/talos/file/d34468dcc1f8/talos/output.py#l503

However, the plan is to move this code out of talos and in to
datazilla_client :
https://github.com/mozilla/datazilla_client/issues/32 . Once this is
done and talos points at this datazilla_client, the talos code should
be removed and the datazilla_client code utilized.

we are not going to move forward with datazilla.
