On many web sites, the links or pictures disapear as the cursor passes over
them. I must reload the page to make the links appear.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.go to site http://www.sfsustudentcenter.com/
2.move the cursor over the links (At the right side of the page)
3.The links (images) dissapear as the cursor is passed over the links.

Actual Results:  The links (and images for the links) dissapear as the cursor is
passed over them

Expected Results:  the links should stay on the page, and the cursor should change

Worksforme with 052904 mozilla win32 build on win2K and win98, 052908 mozilla
linux build on RedHat 6.2 and 052908 mozilla mac build on OS 9.1 

Do you mean the links on the left side of the content area (the ones starting
with "Renovation" and "Food Services")?  Those all display fine for me on mouseover
