Reopen this bug as it's required by China Ministry of Information Industry (MII)’s regulation. All Mobile phone which planned to be sold in Mainland China, should pass China Type Approval (CTA) procedure.

Tempted to close this as invalid. Version 1.1 don't have support for contacts export to SIM card

That would be great if it can be in v1.4. If this bug is only used for tracking v1.1, please go ahead close it. Then I can report a new bug to describe user story. Thanks, Eagle
