Sorry for the delay.

There were 2 issues but I think they are platform issues that this patch couldnt solve anyway. When I unplug my headphones I get a brief playback at normal volume before it pauses, and when I plug my headphones in during video playback the volume decreases, but doesnt go through my headphone
