User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux i686; rv:16.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/16.0 Iceweasel/16.0.2 Build ID: 20121026200929 Steps to reproduce: I browser some sites. Actual results: I don't see any changes in the array of 9 rectangular links which opens when I create a new tab. Expected results: The array of 9 rectangular links which opens when I create a new tab should be updated automatically without the need to restart Firefox, because some users (including me) do not restart Firefox during extended periods of time.

It's called New Tab Page: http://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/new-tab-page-show-hide-and-customize-top-sites In addition, update to Firefox 18, if possible.
