stop overriding default

When inbound took over jsengine testing for the tracemonkey tree in bug 675283, we increased the build_space requirement for linux to 7GB, I guess maybe because of make check-valgrind, which disappeared instead of making the move.

As a result, when bug 813352 increased linux build_space for everything else from 6 to 9 and 7 to 10, inbound wound up freeing less instead of more.
