For example, load up any KeenSpot or KeenSpace comic (http://www.keenspot.com or
http://www.keenspace.com).  Watch the URL bar -- it'll change away from the
comic's site to an ad site unrelated to it.  It may be related to Javascript's
handling of third-party images, since both KeenSpot and KeenSpace use a
two-stage loading of ad banners:  It loads in a handler, which then loads in a
random banner's info, and then the code to load in the image.
