Bug 35996 (22 votes as of today) calls for maintaining native scrollbars.
In the absence of true native scrollbar support, how about modifying the Mac
Modern theme so that it uses the same Mac-like scrollbars as the Mac Classic
theme? The current Modern theme scroll bars are too narrow.

I believe there is a single modern theme that does not vary between platforms.
So there is no "Mac Modern Theme"...
So how about changing the Modern theme on the Mac only, so that it uses
fake native scrollbars?

Hewitt, Mac-likenss is critical on Mac. Mac users want apps to look and feel like Mac apps (Platinum on Mac
OS 8 & 9 and Aqua on Mac OS X). You can verify this on MacInTouch: http://www.macintouch.com/
netscape6.html
Currently my foremost problem with Fizzilla in addition to unstability and the lack of font zoom is the lack of the
Aqua L&F--especially in the case of the scrollbars.

If you want Mac-likeness, use the classic theme. Maybe someday there will even
be an Aqua theme.
