The next line of output is the screenshot, which shows an OS X "Bluetooth Keyboard Setup" / "There isn't a keyboard connected" dialog, which has presumably stolen focus.

That non-focused Bluetooth dialog (note the greyed-out titlebar text, and the black text of the Firefox window) is just a very effective distraction which occurs in every single 10.7 screenshot, whether or not the failure might have been focus-related.
