Steps to reproduce:
1.around the device it has some wifi AP;
2.turn on wifi and search AP;

Expected results:
After some aviable AP had been searched, it has the wifi icon in status bar.

Actual results:
After some aviable AP had been searched, it does not has the wifi icon in status bar.

By design of the spec, if it can access some of the AP. it will connect to it automatically.

With Android devices, once the phone has any available APs nearby, android phone shows an icon on status bar.
