Steps:

1. Mute the sound in the music app
2. Play a song

Expected:

No sound should be heard.

Actual:

The sound is heard at a normal volume level.

Won't bother noming now given the dependency is a minus.

But really? This is by design? Why? I can't a mute a song playing?

You cannot mute the music 'BEFORE' it starts playing.
