Build: B2G 18 1/23/2013 Device: Unagi When updating a hosted app preloading appcache, the update prompt currently shows just the name with no size seen. Per talking in the security review, we actually should be showing size: unknown in the update prompt for a hosted app preloading appcache or generally, when the size is unknown, not show nothing in the UI.

We'll track this but there are questions: What security does it add to say 'unknown' for size if size is unknown? Does this bug include finding and displaying the size when known? If yes, the status should be updated.
we can't easily get total file for appcache update (we don't know until we've at least gotten Content-Length of all the resources in the manifest, and some may not provide Content-Length.
