834036 - Fix FFOS privacy policy URL for Settings and First Run

Hi All,

I just checked the latest FFOS build and the URL for the FFOS privacy policy appears to be wrong - it should resolve to: https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/privacy/firefox-os/. Can someone please make this change - I consider this a legal TEF+ request.

The locale string should be modified for the locale in which we'll be distributing the phone.

There should definitely not have the en-US part in the URL, as this is handled serverside.

So the URL should be https://www.mozilla.org/privacy/firefox-os/.

It was fixed somewhere else in the FTU in Bug 820000. Bug 812956 was only about implementing the logic in FTU.

Note: there is still nothing in this URL, this is bug 820212.
