Screenshot of apps shifted during an app update
When app gets an update (AppCache update too?) or is installed with an appcache_path, there is a progress indicator around the icon to indicate that it is being downloaded. The progress indicator increases the height of the icon and shifts the app's text down and causes the icons floating below to be shifted. See the attached screenshot for an example.

Mass update: Resolve wontfix all issues with legacy homescreens. As of 2.6 we have a new homescreen and having these issues open is confusing. All issues will block bug 1231115 so we can use that to re-visit any of these if needed.
