Build: Firefox for Android 19.0 Beta 3 (23.01.2013)
Device: LG Optimus 2X (P990)
OS: Android 2.2.2

Steps to reproduce:
1. open few tabs (10 or so) to be able to scroll the tab menu when it is opened
2. scroll the tabs 

Expected result: 
- tabs should scroll without being selected any of them

Actual result:
- tabs are accidentally selected and the tab menu is closed, please see the video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Tq6DRc00jMY
