Steps to reproduce: 1. Load Submit an App homepage https://marketplace-dev.allizom.org/developers/submit/app/manifest 2. Enter a valid manifest URL Expected results: App manifest is validated and user is able to continue submission process. Actual results: App validation is stuck on loading. Notes/Issues: Verified on FF21 (Win 7). Also the following issue is displayed when uploading a packaged app "Received an empty response from the server; status: 500".
