Build: B2G 18 1/24/2013 Device: Unagi Steps: 1. Install a packaged app with app name X and locale override app name Y that matches the phone's locale 2. Update the app on the server to app name X and locale override app name Z that matches the phone's locale 3. Check for updates 4. Apply the update 5. Restart the phone Expected: The app name should be app name Y. Actual: The app name ends up being changed to app name Z.

Going to nom now that I see the other bug got nomed as well. See https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=834515#c2. Basically, the locale override rename being blocked isn't working. For this bug, it stops working if the phone is restarted and therefore, only works while the phone is running.

I'm not able to reproduce this issue with bug 834515's patch. But there is not particular reason why this patch would fix this bug... in particular a scenario where reboot would introduce a rename. Having said that, various locale related renames were possible without bug 834515's patch.
Speculatively duping to bug 834515 in that case.
