When viewing mail, and choosing to show all headers in the View | Headers menu,
all the header information for the mail are not shown.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. View an existing message
2. Choose the view menu
3. In the headers menu item, choose 'All'

Actual Results:  The mail header just looks exactly the same, no information
about servers, user-agent, etc.

Expected Results:  The full mail header should be shown in the header window

There is bug 60207, and there is bug 73413. Right now, only the "normal" header
view works. This is known. Marking dup of 73413.
