Build: B2G 18 1/25/2013 Device: Unagi Steps (many ways to do this note): 1. Install a packaged app 2. Update it on the server 3. Check for updates 4. Kill the connection 5. Try to apply the update 6. Try to close the notification bar Expected: You should be able to close the notification bar by swiping it up. Actual: You can't close the notification bar by swiping it up. You need to hit the home button to get out of this state.

Jason, since Bug 830286 is in master, we can't try to download the update when there is no connection. Do you by chance have a STR that could work on master or should we try to use these STR in v1.0.0 ?
