The line user_pref("capability.policy.default.windowinternal.open", "noAccess"); in the prefs.js file is supposed to disable pop-up windows. It works in Mozilla 0.9 on Mac, but not in the 5/30/2001 build of Fizzilla (Mozilla for Mac OS X). Pop-up windows still appear.
